Beep, Beep May 20th

While feeding horses the morning of May 20th, I was blessed with an opportunity to get some great close up pictures of a roadrunner.

He flew to the top rail of the pipe fence. You can see the outline of the church in the background.









I was so excited to be this close! I still used a zoom lens but I had not been able to get this close a photo of a roadrunner before!

Then he hopped down on the ground and ran right in front of me!


That was so much fun!
