Dad's service was Wednesday. I had hoped more of the family would hang around a few days but most everyone left on Thursday. Before Wayne and Kelley left for the airport, Wayne wanted to show Kelley where we lived, went to school, church and the family farm since she had never been before. Doyle and I went with them.
Before they came by Doyle and I walked the cornfield. It is a very pretty stand of corn.
You can click on the picture to see it bigger. On the left side of the photo you can just make out the roof of the house over the top of the corn.
Corn is close to being ready for harvest.
