Kennedy was after me to make a cake. Of course she likes to help and I like to let her. I wish I had done that more when Vanessa was little. I don't think I had the patience back then.
She's just so darn cute with a smudge of flour on her face :)
Kennedy likes to crack the eggs. This recipe calls for 2 but as you can see there are three! That's because the 2nd egg held a surprise! Kennedy got so excited to get two out of one!
Making sure it all tastes good! Kennedy agrees with me that the cake batter is the best part :)

The sky was beautiful when I went to feed. The moon although not full...it looked that way and it was so pretty coming up as the sun went down.
The pictures just don't do it justice. It was so very pretty.
