Keannon and Vanessa asked me if I would keep Korin. Keannon had a claim in the Dallas area and
Vanessa went with him. The other two went to a friends to play. They left early Sunday morning. Since I have to be at church early, they took her to Mom. Mom brought her to church and brought her home then I kept her until the kids got back.
She was dressed so cute for church.
I had fixed her plate so the food could be cooling off. I had put the corn by the potatoes. She began to protest pointing at the corn and then the potatoes. (She still isn't talking fluently yet). I did figure out real quick she wanted her corn mixed with her potatoes...just like I eat them 😉. Keannon eats it that way too which is probably where she got it but it still made me feel good that she liked them like me!
We tried unsuccessfully to get her to take a nap but she really was good for the most part.
Later that evening I had Worship Team Practice and on my way there I stopped to feed. I knew we
had a small chance of rain but I was surprised when as I drove I noticed a cloud to the South. I didn't think too much about it as usually the rain stays South.
I keep a watch on it though and it appears it is coming our direction. It made for some interesting pictures. I was a little bummed I didn't grab my camera so I only had the camera on my phone.
The sunlight is gradually getting taken over by the rain cloud.
Then the bottom fell out.
I put the hay in the barn under cover for the horses.
It dropped about 8 tenths! Good little shower.
Have a good one!
Korin is so cute and really growing up! Love your sky photos as always. :)
