More Thanksgiving

Saturday, November 26, 2016

We went to my sister-in-laws for Thanksgiving #2.

Doris always does a wonderful job of making the table festive. I love her decorations.

And she cooks good too!. The colorful veggies she roasts in the oven. They are delicious! A mixture of Butternut squash, sweet potatoes, Brussel sprouts and one more but can't remember.

On Friday while helping me decorate for Christmas, Kennedy asked me if Aunt Dee was making Deviled Eggs. I told her she might. She said "I want to help her make them. Can I call and ask her?" So I let her call. Aunt Dee said she would wait until we got there so Kennedy could help with the eggs.

Kennedy was pretty proud of herself.

Korin and Aunt Dee

While the food is cooking, Keannon and Vanessa try working the puzzle that is out.

Every year Aunt Dee lets the kids decorate a gingerbread house. She is so good with them.

I think the kids ate as much candy as they put on the house.

Kennedy got cousin Beka to paint her nails.

Kashton didn't want to be left out!

A puzzle for the kids to put together.

The little kids and big kids played outside

Time for a few pictures!

Not sure why Kennedy is making this face!

Posing with Aunt Dee.

Showing Aunt Dee her belly button.

The Light kids. If you  notice Doren isn't wearing glasses. That's because he recently had lens implants. He's wore glasses since he was a young child. Very different for him!

I never know what I'm going to get when I try to take this group's picture!

We had to include Molly!

The newlyweds!

Last but not least! I promise I didn't plan for our shirts to coordinate!

There are many more pictures. You can see those on Facebook in the album "Thanksgiving at Plano.".

Another Thanksgiving in the books. Now on to Christmas!

Have a good one!
