Thursday Night Rodeo

The first night of rodeo was Thursday May 12th. As I wrote about in the previous post we rode in the
parade then went to the Sheriff's Posse building for a group picture. Doyle and I hung out there until time for the rodeo. Doyle, Keannon and I rode in the Grand Entry.

Fancy and Diamond are buds. We are waiting for the Grand Entry to begin.

Someone from the Palo Pinto County Livestock Association got this picture. I'm so glad! I was having to hold Fancy back a bit. That's why her head is up. She thinks she's supposed to be at a dead run as her previous owner did some barrel racing with her.

I had promised Kashton a ride earlier. So during some of the events that I don't mind missing, we walked to the trailer for him to ride. He's a happy camper!
