1st Easter with Remi

Yes, it's true. Since Remi has been coming to Texas for visitation (2011) this was the first time we had her for Easter. We were pretty excited!

Vanessa planned an egg hunt at her house with a couple other families on Saturday. I was working at the store so I wasn't able to join them but Doyle did and he snapped a couple of pictures for me. Vanessa also brought the kids by the store for pictures with the Easter Bunny. Now neither of us really talk up the Easter Bunny but we thought it would be fun to get pictures.

The Bunny was Cathy's son-in-law.

Kashton wasn't having anything to do with the Bunny!

I think Remi got the most eggs!

I have no idea what is up with this face! I do see evidence of already getting into one of the eggs!

This is what happens when you rely on others to take pictures for you! If it had been me I would have gotten Kashton's attention and taken another picture. Same with the one of Kennedy. But...I wasn't there so any pics is better than none!

He may not have gotten good pics of the egg hunt but he did get a pretty good picture of Kennedy batting at her ball game that morning.

 This was Easter Sunday after church. Not the best background but I was doing good to round them up for a picture before they went home and changed clothes! Kashton was not in a good mood at all!

I like this one only because it looks like Korin is saying to Kashton "what is your deal?!"

Out of eleven pictures these were the best two!


After church we went to Vanessa's for lunch. Wayne joined us. Don't know why it didn't occur to me to try to get pictures of the family while
we were all together.




I did get one of Mom and Korin.









After lunch the kids went outside to use the silly string Mom and Dad had gotten them!

Dad is helping Kashton but he doesn't even know he's shooting me!

It was a great day!
