What One Will Do for Food

Doyle told me he had been seeing a woodpecker eating out of the bird feeder hanging upside down. I finally saw him the other day.

Not sure why this bird is eating this way. Looks awkward to me!


Because my feeder is in a tree just outside my front door I didn't try to go out on the porch but instead took these pictures through my storm door!

Something disturbed him and he flew into the tree.
