Merry Christmas

The thing about having adult children with their own families is they want to have their own traditions.

I understand that and do want that for them. No matter how good the change maybe, change isn't easy to make!

Christmas morning we load up our gifts and head to the kids house.

Kajen was very excited to see us and would not leave either of us alone!

Another long-time family tradition is to read the Christmas story from the Bible. In the age of modern technology Keannon read the Christmas story from the Bible using a Bible app on his phone!

Can you tell that Kennedy is a "Doc McStuffins" fan?

Remi checking out what is in her stocking.

Kashton seeing what Granddad is up too!

such a cutie!

A gift for both girls! They were pretty happy about this!

Mom pretty excited about her new laptop computer from me, Doyle and my brother, Wayne.
Kashton thinks it's more fun to climb on his presents!

Keannon was thrilled with his new miter saw.

At the suggestion of a friend I got Keannon and Vanessa a gift certificate for 5 dance lessons. They were totally surprised and can't wait to register!

Mom and I in the kitchen making breakfast.

While we are making breakfast Keannon puts together toys that need assembling.

Kennedy prayed for our food before we ate. We had a feast of scrambled eggs, pancakes and sausage.

Both girls love their new make-up vanity!

Kashton really liked the little scooter we got him.

A little color to end the day.

Merry Christmas!
